Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Italian holidays)
Orders will be processed and shipped within 24h after credit card authorization is received. (Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, will be shipped on the following Monday)
All orders will be dispatched from our Italy Warehouse.

Most orders are sent with Fedex and you will receive a tracking number via email (or a sms if you provided your mobile number).
International Orders (Countries outside the EU) may be charged a custom fee, the customers are responsible for the custom charge.
